First Year at a Glance

All incoming psychology students take the following courses in their first year.

First Semester:

• Intro Psychology 1 (PSYC 1113) and the associated lab course

• A required Math course (MATH 1253, MATH 2233, or MATH 2213) and the associated lab course

• Three electives

Second Semester:

• Intro Psychology 2 (PSYC 1123) and the associated lab course

• A required Math course (MATH 2253, 2243, or MATH 2223) and the associated lab course

• Three electives
